Cooveb Hotels Terms of Service

Welcome to Cooveb Hotels. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hotels.cooveb.com website and related booking services (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Cooveb's Role as an Intermediary

Cooveb provides a platform that connects you with third-party hotel inventory suppliers (such as ETG / Hotelbeds) and the actual hotel properties (the "Accommodations"). Cooveb does not own, operate, manage, or control any of the Accommodations listed on our platform.

When you make a booking, you are entering into a legally binding contract with the Accommodation and/or the third-party supplier, not with Cooveb. Cooveb's role is strictly limited to facilitating the booking process and transmitting your payment.

2. Dynamic Pricing & Availability

The travel industry uses dynamic pricing. Prices and availability fluctuate constantly.

• A price displayed on a search results page is not guaranteed until you reach the final checkout page and the booking is confirmed by the supplier.
• In rare cases, a room may become unavailable or change in price during the checkout process. If this happens, your transaction will be halted, and you will not be charged.

3. Booking Confirmations

Your booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email containing a valid booking reference number. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of payment, please contact our support team.

4. Limitation of Liability for Accommodations

Because Cooveb is solely an intermediary, we are not liable for:

• Overbookings, relocations, or cancellations initiated by the Accommodation or the supplier.
• The quality, safety, or cleanliness of the Accommodation.
• Any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses incurred during your stay.
• Inaccuracies in hotel descriptions, images, or amenity lists provided by the supplier.

Any disputes regarding your stay must be resolved directly with the Accommodation management.

5. Payments and Taxes

By booking a room, you authorize Cooveb (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

• Mandatory Fees: Some hotels charge mandatory daily resort fees, city taxes, or incidental deposits directly at the property. These are not included in the prepaid amount on Cooveb unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Make speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our Services.
• Attempt to bypass our security measures or rate limits.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cooveb is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
